Outstanding preventive maintenance service by Stephen. Called me to let me know of his approximate arrival time. Completed a thorough inspection of my two indoor air handlers as well as the two outdoor units. Explained to me in terms that were easy to understand of what he was doing and what were the outcomes. He was polite and courteous. Excellent service overall.
Fast response to my leaking evaporator line. Steve got me back up and running, returning the next day to finish up and properly wire my shut off valve, so the problem doesn't repeat. Very satisfied.
The service tech was very thorough and did an excellent job of checking our two units in preparation for the Winter months ahead - highly recommend Riverside Heating & Air Conditioning.
