Molly Maids were prompt with setting up cleaning and estimate, cleaning to put a house on the market, deep cleaning like tile and grout, regular weekly cleaning and cleaning for move out. Tammy and Allison were outstanding and I could trust them! I would give a 5 if payment were easier. You can pay in person if you're home at the time of cleaning. Otherwise they charge a fee for credit card or you have to mail a check. They can be difficult to reach by phone later in the day but they do respond by text or email.
Molly Maids is really good for families with pets. We have a medium sized dog that was allowed to roam freely during our servicing which was great because we would have hated to have had to confine her. While their deep cleaning lacked in some areas they worked hard in other areas to make up for it. Dia and her staff are all pleasant to work with.
Very poor experience at first. Called office and spoke w/manager. She came out personally w/a new free and did a fantastic job! Great leadership & very quick response. Thank you.Services: Moving-related cleaning
