My son was treated there one time after application of braces. We moved to different state. To this date, they're submitting claims and have been paid for dates he wasn't there. The insurance company wants them to write a letter to statute this so they can refund us back that money for his dental care. They won't. They have sent a letter with one end-date but won't budge on the rest of what is actually needed. AVOID ! Was given a written quote for the remainder of my child's treatment for $4,290 and told that our medical insurance did not cover any part of that cost. Went and got a second estimate elsewhere - and that quote was $2,400, less the medical insurance portion that WAS valid, leaving us with a bill for just $720 But even more concerning was that the new orthodontist pointed out orthodontic issues that needed attention that were never in the treatment plan for my child at Koterwas. Needless to say, we went with option for much better care, for much less money, and with much nicer people.

Super friendly in person... But when I called with some questions about their proposed "bookkeeping discount" they became combative and very aggressive on the phone. I'm not sure what's going on but I'll be getting my kid's braces elsewhere.
