Most unprofessional counselor I have ever met. She was late for all appointments, ended early and overcharged. There should be an option for zero stars as that is more reflective of her abilities.

My therapist didn't show up 3 times (I sat there 30 minutes + each time) and then tried to charge me for canceling with a phone call 1hr before my appointment. I didn't feel like a priority. This was over a year ago at this point

I showed up for my appointment. She did not. I waited and called for 30 minutes before I just left. Then they sent me a bill for a cancellation fee. Strangely enough, my insurance company didn't even receive the bill it says was sent to them (or have ANY knowledge of it at all) for the "cancellation." Shady!
