I came in with a bar retainer issue. My previous orthodontist’s office in Prince Frederick was very rude, so I walked out, after a contentious interaction with the female owner. Because I needed attention asap, I went directly from my previous orthodontist’s to Chesapeake. The receptionist at Chesapeake was very kind, understanding and got me the earliest appt she could. When I arrived back for my appt. I was greeted kindly and treated well, by this office who did not even have my business for braces. They charged about half of what my other orthodontist charged for regluing a bar back on, and helped me get a new retainer, because my previous orthodontist would not honor the promise of remaking a new night retainer when new dental work had been done (having a new crown put on). I recommend this orthodontist’s office over any other in Prince Frederick. They have very kind and compassionate staff, (reception, techs and Dr.s) that’s hard to find these days.
Dr. Hao worked with my periodontist to coordinate treatment for my cross bite and resulting gum recession. It was a complicated situation but Dr. Hao was fantastic. The ladies in the office were all always so wonderful as well! After a year of Invisalign treatment I am so happy with the results. I can't recommend this practice enough! Thank you!
Dr. Hao is absolutely amazing! Him and his staff go above and beyond for their patients! I recommend them to everyone!
