That staff is pushy because they have a quota to meet. You might get a few extra procedures done to you.. hope you have good insurance

My brother who is a patient at Twin Beaches Primary Care offices is a type 1 diabetic, meaning he must have insulin in order to live. He is currently in a 30 day rehab program and in need of insulin. I have been calling on his behalf to get his insulin refilled since Tuesday 1/11/22, prior to him being out of insulin. I have called 5 times. During these calls, I have had to leave message after message, which have all been the same. "I am calling on behalf of my brother K** B** DOB: XX/XX/XX.
