My brother who is a patient at Twin Beaches Primary Care offices is a type 1 diabetic, meaning he must have insulin in order to live. He is currently in a 30 day rehab program and in need of insulin. I have been calling on his behalf to get his insulin refilled since Tuesday 1/11/22, prior to him being out of insulin. I have called 5 times. During these calls, I have had to leave message after message, which have all been the same. "I am calling on behalf of my brother K** B** DOB: XX/XX/XX. He is currently in a 30 day rehab and needs his insulin refilled. He has new insurance and it will not cover the Novalog he was previously prescribed. The CVS in *** pharmacy has sent over a request that needs to be completed for an insulin that the insurance will cover. I have to drop this off during the drop off time between 9am-11am. Please call me at XXX.XXX.XXXX with questions." This message was apparently ignored as it is now, Thursday 1/13/22 and he is OUT of insulin. When I spoke to the "clinical manager" Gwen I believe, yesterday 1/12/22 she assured me the information would be sent to the pharmacy. However, they still did NOT have the correct pharmacy on file regardless of the pharmacys many requests sent and myself telling htem which pharmcy multiple times. AND told me that they were trying to reach my brother, Mr. B** due to his needing an appointment because the physician he was seeing is no longer in the practice?!?!? AGAIN I explained he is in a 30 day rehab, he cannot come for an appointment and does not have his phone! Today, I went to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription I was assured would be at the pharmacy, only to be told Twin Beaches sent over another WRONG prescription!!! I have now missed my initial drop off time, begged with the rehab to let me come outside of drop off hours, and then had to reschedule that, TWICE! Not to mention I have also left work early today, and will be going into work late tomorrow, due to this. This practice has HORRIBLE customer service and listening skills. They have NO sense of urgency and ZERO common sense. I am appalled that they would call his phone number on file when they have mine, after being told MULTIPLE times that he is in a 30 day rehab with no access to his phone. I am disgusted that they have received 3, yes THREE, pharmacy requests and not only did not have the correct pharmacy on file, but also, STILL SENT THE WRONG MEDICATION!!!! The lack of care and compassion about patients with TERMINAL illness is astounding. Because he WILL DIE IF HE DOESNT HAVE THIS MEDICATION!!!! I, nor him, nor anyone in his position or otherwise, should have to have a pharmacy send over request after request for them to be ignored. Leave message after message, with LIVING BREATHING HUMANS, to be disregarded. I will be also sending this message to the BBB about this HORRIBLE experience with staff and physicians at Twin Beaches Primary Care warning anyone else and every one else about this complete lack of care of patients!

Dr.Lukbon is uneducated, unprofessional, and rude. He misdiagnosed me as just having anxiety when I later found out I had a potentially life threatening illness not only once but TWICE and the issue I had was very easy to recognize but somehow he couldn’t. My general practitioner used the same test results from the hospital (the same ones that he looked at and claimed I was healthy) and immediately recognized my illness and diagnosed me. I don’t even feel safe calling 911 anymore or going to the ER and it shouldn’t ever be that way. This man is not a real doctor he is a hazard and a health risk

My PCP is great- been extremely happy with the level of care I've received. The problem is they don't answer the phones anymore and they don't return voicemails. I see that others have had the same complaints. Please just stop replying to these posts until you can get that issue resolved.
