I'd give it a negative star if possible, staff is extremely rude and doesn't have empathy or attention to care. Literally waited hours for a minuscule task, with an appointment! I overheard the doctor telling a patient your fine, your fine while she was screaming!! Please do us all a favor and be a McDonald's manager instead!

I went in on a Sunday .. taken right away. Staff was friendly .. no complaints. I believe the physician's name was Watson. She was understanding and took care of my needs. Here's another plus .. the office called to check on me .. very cool. Thumbs up to Urgent Care.
February 2019
Got here at 5:17pm and still waiting. Office had a very low patient flow when we walked in. We were told it would be about a half hour wait. Flow picked up slightly after we checked in. One family, who checked in after us was called before us. It is now 7:09pm and still haven't been seen. Due to the time, we are going to end up just leaving. Not one staff member in site, besides front desk. Appalling
