It is difficult to give a single review to such a large practice with many specialists. Medical professionals may not like to have management-imposed standards of care but RIMG is so uneven they need them. For example, dermatologists can spend more time (say more than 5 minutes) on an annual skin check and less time promoting unsolicited telehealth visits to review skin care product ingredients.

Like so many reviewers here, I find this practice a total nightmare. I really have stayed for the GI doctor. The staff is consistently rude; It's as if they're trained to be this way. I have already found a new PCP at a practice that is so easy to work with. I am switching insurance carriers and did not want to experience a lapse coverage and explained that I might need to cancel the Zoom appointment. I was told I would not be charged for a Zoom conversation, and that the doctor would enter the visit as a note. Then I received an email stating that my credit card would be charged $304. Absolutely disgraceful. Awful. do not go here. I was supposed to meet with Dr Council and was taken back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. they did my blood pressure and sent me to an exam room. I waited AN HOUR before I said something to her "assistant" (who had awful bedside manner and looked like she had no Idea what she was doing.) I walked out of the exam room to see complete chaos. no one looked like they knew what they were doing. no one was working. they were chatting and laughing, and probably had forgotten I was there.
