Terrible experience. I had a reservation. I walk inside and tell the female at the counter. I’m there for appointment for Mano, Pedi with anyone available since it was empty and I had a reservation. She tells me to sit down. At the same time a white female walked in without a appointment. They literal jumped up to help the female instead of me. I became invisible. I stood wondering what was going on? The 2 females working there continued to ignored me while they help the female choose her colors. The technician never interacted with me! LOVE this place. Attentive staff with good sense of humor. Actual foot bath chairs. Helpful in choosing colors. Overall comfortable atmosphere. Great place to relax after work. Evening hours.
