I highly recommend Integrated healing vibes. I enjoy that Rachel is trained in so many different healing modalities from coaching and energetic healing standpoints. Everytime I have a session with Rachel it’s always a different experience and I always feel better after the session than I did before the session began. The personalization of her approach really resonates with me as we all have unique healing needs every day. Some days the same technique that was used before won’t work on this particular thing that needs to be healed today. I’ve been working with Rachel as my life coach for the past 6 months and it has been great. She is very understanding and helpful in mapping out incremental goals and creating a plan to accomplish them. She has a way of holding me accountable without me feeling any pressure. She is very personable, easy to talk to and creates a comfortable environment to open up and talk through things. Whether you are in a journey if transformation or just want to accomplish a few things in your life I’d recommend working with Rachel. For me, working with her has been a great addition to my life.

Rachel provided me with a rejuvenating experience. I loved the reflexology and Reiki sessions. I felt as though the daily stress melted away (which is a tall task for a mom with an infant). Highly recommend her services to those who need a spiritual reset.
