The owner is incredibly courteous & competent. Impressed with the service I received, I decided to leave a comment and was shocked to of read a negative comment left from years prior. I’m relieved to of found a true gem of a place in the heart of Potomac Village, a place that is run by someone who is truly kind and has lived and run his business in this community for decades. Service is top-notch and I will always highly recommend.“

“This is a higher-priced but higher level of service dry cleaner located in the increasingly upscale Cabin John Shopping Plaza, which has evolved in recent years with a substantial renovation. This appears to be sole-proprietor run business which provides very high quality dry cleaning and related services. The hours can be a bit confining with closing around 4 pm on Saturdays, but that is generally sufficient for nearby residents. There typically is no wait and the woman who takes care of customers is professional and polite. One time, I had an item which needed a bit of TLC (cleaning with a cloth and pressed) and she didn't even charge for it, mindful that my wife is a long-time consistent customer. If you are OK with paying full price (mindful there are less costly but lower level of service) options around, this might be for you. The parking lot and adjustment service roads can be busy. So, prepare to be patient with the drivers and, if you are able, consider parking a bit farther away from this particular store and walk around the shopping center to avoid the sometimes lousy drivers. “Oct. 2024. All things went well. Dropped off, Creast delivery is wonderful. I am often on travel, they drop off at my door, never an issue. Absolute outstanding service AND Creast does reward customers with 25.00 credits, I have received 250.00 in credits , they automatically apply based on $ spent. But they always apply, even when I forget. Very trustworthy company, at least the Traville location.“
