The inspection of the home we are about to buy went off perfectly. Ryan was fantastic in being extremely thorough, documenting everything. I was not able to be present at the inspection, however, Ryan took every opportunity to communicate with me as he addressed different areas of the house, prioritizing issues as to ones that needed immediate attention versus those that could be dealt with at a later date. The 38 page report that I subsequently received was extremely comprehensive covering every aspect of the house in separate sections with phones for each section. My husband and I had an inspection on our new build townhome on Wednesday with Scott B, and the report was very thorough and caught some important items that needed to be fixed. Scott took photos, and provided quite a few recommendations for us as homeowners as well. We came across Scott and found out about the company through his TikTok channel so we reached out. Very glad we did. We will be back for another inspection before our 1 year warranty is up with the builder with hopefully Scott again. Thank you :)
