Had a giant, double trunk oak come down recently in my field. Not a threat to a house or structure, but dangerous to work around since it was hanging in another tree. Ricky came out the next day and provided an estimate and we arranged for them to come out and safely cut the tree and remove the branches. When the tree came down, not surprisingly, it hit the fence line, breaking multiple boards. The crew that was there actually spent time to fix the fence, not something I would have expected them to do, or even think about it. Great customer service. The estimator who came out to put together a quote was very helpful and answered all my questions, took their time and explained everything to me.
On the day of, the foreman, Osman was very nice and professional, explained what they were going to do, and updated me throughout the day. Overall great experience.
