“Our kitchen was totally updated and a wall taken down to create the open concept living space. An 11' kitchen was,added. Lighting was also changed in the foyer and family room and the vanity in the bathroom changed out. LPV flooring was installed. Total Construction Company was very professional and listened to our needs. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The total remodel was about 30 days. “Sam was so great to work with on replacing the carpet in our condo with LVP. We wanted something modern but also timeless and he had several to choose from but made a great suggestion to tie our beige walls and grey furniture all together. Then, when I felt like something didn’t sit quite right because our subfloor was uneven he had it fixed right away even though it wasn’t their fault. Also, when our tenants caused a water leak working with him to replace the floor was so quick and easy and he only replaced what was actually needed rather than doing more just for more money. We’ve recommended him to all of our friends and family and will definitely use his services again.“

“Two thumbs up! Our hardwood floors were buckling so I called Flooring America for an expert's opinion on what's going on. Someone was sent to our house 3 hours later. Scott was very experienced and knowledgeable. He's friendly and honest. He explained to us what's wrong and that high air humidity was the main culprit on the damaged floors. Scott was even willing to go an extra mile and share his professional opinion with our landlord. I will use them again and will recommend the company to my friends.“
