Customer service sucks especially if you go in the morning.. No greeting and attitudes… Why are you working the cash register and taking orders if you can not speak, smile or be nice. Terrible!! Train your staff to be polite.
They do a great job but... around 8 a.m. its crowded and they need more front register help. The gentleman thats always there I don't know his name but HE IS AWESOME... RUNNING THAT STORE!!!
You get what you pay for. This by far is the worse cleaners in the area. Inconsistent service. Equipment failures are a part of their service. No management accountability. If you have to use Zips the one on Route 40 is far better.
