My dog was given a quick appointment as she was rather sick and from the phone call with the receptionist to meeting the vet tech and meeting with the doctor we literally had the best vet visit. Everyone was so kind, helpful, loving to my dog, empathetic towards our dogs illness and overly sweet to my dog. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.“

Jenn and Dr. Gore were so friendly and helpful during my cat's visit. They immediately put me at ease and we had many good laughs with my cat's antics! “The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, there was essentially no wait time once in office, I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. However, their schedule wasn't very accommodating for a sick visit (cough) and a routine vaccination appointment that I had scheduled was canceled with minimal notice via a very long confusing text. They gave me one time slot as an alternative, which didn't work. Overall, I'd come back but client communication and scheduling could be improved.“

“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

The way the doctor handled him yesterday instead of allowing him to handle her like the other vets I've been too helped solidify my decision to make this my new vet! And the prices are reasonable unlike Banfield who want an arm and a leg for the exam then try to give you every other service besides what you came for!“
