“Dr Julie is amazing! I started working with her this past summer after listening to her give a talk at the MATA symposium. When listening to her presentation I thought “I have those symptoms… I go through that…” and at 25 years old I thought that I would just have to deal with my issues for the rest of life and for it to potentially get worse. I was a D1 pole vaulter, who at 24/25 was experiencing incontinence with every jump and every sprint. I was super embarrassed and just leaking through all my pads. I’m sooo happy that I came across Dr Julie, who helped me address this issue among others, so I could pole vault again without having to fear the leakage! It was great to not worry about it and just have fun with the sport I love! Highly recommend seeing her!“
