I joined Fit for Life in August 2024 and I have seen amazing results. I have not reached my personal weight goals yet, but my overall physique is more toned and lean. I have more energy and do not tire as easily, even after having my 2 yo grand baby for the weekend. Mr. Kenny is a great motivator and I have only experienced positive energy and camaraderie when at the gym. I would definitely recommend Fit for Life, if you are ready to start your fitness journey.
