After reading the positive reviews, we contacted 1st Aid to repair our dryer. We called 2 other companies we've used in the past and they couldn't fit us in for days. We took a chance on 1st Aid Appliance and we"re grateful. They sent Freddie out the same day (it was a Friday). We needed a new dryer coil. They ordered the part and called us promptly on Sunday to install on Monday. The tech arrived on time and installed the coil. Later that afternoon, our vent hose detached but they came back the same day (5pm) and attached a new O-ring so the hose wouldn't budge. It's been 2 weeks and all is well. We're so glad we used them.
