They took us in and treated us like family the vide was amazing. They put cartoons on for my kids and let me tell you... This was truly one of my best salon experiences. Not only did Rachel color and cut my hair she also counseled on ways for me to care for my hair between visits. She wasn't double or triple booked with long wait times. I was being serviced within I’m moments of my arrival. You can tell hair is her passion.
When my mom/sisters/neices come visit. I take them there. They love it, love the customer service and their work. Momma always talks about how long her hair last after they do it there. Since I've been growing my hair (man bun style and getting it corn rowed etc.. I go to them to really wash it good and blow dry it before I get braided up again! It's always amazing, super clean and super quick, and extremely well done. Thanks ladies for making my life easier and for being so sweet to me. Highly recommend more men go to them for the same! I always walk in and they always take me quickly.

I ended up purchasing a natural scrub product from her, which she recommended for treating hyperpigmentation with consistent use. Since it was my first visit, Kristen also took the time to tell me about their other services and gave me a mini tour of the space. Once I got home, I noticed the butt area could have used a bit more attention, but that's minor compared to how much better everything looked. Kristen's welcoming energy and professionalism have definitely made me want to return. Highly recommend giving them a try, and be sure to check everything before you head out.

I got my lashes done on Thursday and I lost a big chunk of them on Sunday not sure how so I messaged them yesterday asking if they could do something for me and the very kind ladies were able to fit me in last minute and they were able to fix them for me just wanna let you know Customer Service at PIKESVILLE location is outstanding I love the girls here. I love the way they do my lashes. I love the way they handle me as a customer. I don’t wanna go anywhere else. They are very understanding if I was running late they’re able to reschedule. I am a Warrior Breast Cancer survivor and had to adjust what deoderant I could use because of the removal of three lymph nodes removed,so using regular deoderant was no longer a choice for. My experience was amazing. This was my first time having any body enhancements done. Bri was on time and she explained what she was doing, how it works and what to expect. I enjoyed my treatment while listening to music with the lights low on a comfortable pillow top massage table. Blanket and pillows were provided. She also offered water and light snack. This was my third and last visit. I am sorry my masseuse because all the visitsc the massage was perfection, especially this last time! Heavenly, she ven did a scalp massage that left my follicles tingling. I just can't deal with the elderly racist white women at the front desk, who are overly polite and think they can say anything they want to you as long as they smile, and use their "Southern Charm." I let the past remarks pass, once asking a question about payment as if I might not be able to afford it. But this last time took the cake: "Honey wouldn't it be nice if you tipped the girls who served you?" This was before I had even given her my credit card to pay, so it wasn't like I handed back a receipt with no tip on it! I gave her my credit card and said, I've already tipped in cash, thank you, which at that moment I was so glad I had had the foresight to do! How dare you question the class, propriety, generousity of Mattie, Selma , Pops, Dad & Mom (and a host of accomplished Aunts and Uncles) and thier stellar upbringing that she obvioisky would have benefitted greatly from receiving! Apparently for certain ppl a highly melaninated automatically means poverty, as wrong as that is, and probably crime too, so NOPE, I don't have to so I won't. I will try the one in Timonium next time and hope the masseuses I love so much have magically migrated to that location!

Ashley is amazing!! I found her on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! She's very professional and personable with new clients. She takes her time to make sure that the lashes are perfect and natural looking (even on fairly sparse lashes!). Her workspace is comfortable, which is important because the process can take a couple hours. Book her, you won't regret it!
I was so pleased with the same day service I received, to get my hot water heater up and running again. Lal came in with a smile and ready to work. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend this company. I do not know of any plumbing co. that would take the time to explain/teach on how to operate a system for future use. Very pleased with my repairs.
I called and the owner answered and informed me he had moved out of Maryland and was in Delaware. Although he was not obligated any further or in state, he didn't hesitate to troubleshoot my issue with me and do everything he could to see if I could remedy myself. All of this was during the holiday as well. Really amazing and speaks to his character.

I've had FJK out a few times now for some plumbing issues. My most recent problem was with an overflowing toilet and a shower with a mind of its own when it comes to temperature modulation. Matt B was my tech and he hit it out of the park! He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and took his time explaining the various issues, giving me rough pricing along the way. Maggie from Brightview saved the day for me and my team. We needed a seasonal planting before we could reopen our Seasonal Rooftop Pool and Bar and she jumped into action. We were under a time constraint and Maggie sent out a prep team to do most the the dirty work. This way when the plants do arrive the final product will be phenomenal without any mess. I visited this office because my father had been there in an emergency setting and had had a wonderful experience. I was greeted politely and enthusiastically by a wonderful reception staff. My dental hygienist was polite, efficient, kind, and had a gentle hand as she did my cleaning. When I was able to meet with Dr. Ouazana, she was clearly excited and takes pride and care in the work she does. She outlined the plan for my tooth care clearly and made sure I was onboard for every step of the process. At the end, my bill was as expected and I was provided with estimates for next work so I could budget appropriately. I have scheduled my return for my next cleaning in 6 months and look forward to seeing them again!

Therapists quickly identified the source of and permanently fixed my back pain. I had instant relief after the 1st session! I once overheard someone with 20 years of pain that no doctor could treat also experience instant relief on his first session! The man was in tears!
I love this yoga studio. Melissa is a wonderful teacher. She starts every session with an uplifting message of inspiration, which I find is a nice way to begin. Each person gets individual attention and I found it an easy way to start yoga again or it would be a great fit for anyone just trying yoga for the first time. There are many options for spiritual and physical growth. I love it here and highly recommend this studio!

Anyone who is struggling with chronic, unresolved conditions NEEDS to give acupuncture a try. I began seeing Alina almost two years ago for persistent headaches. Since I began consistent treatment, I have not had ANY headaches (unless I go longer than recommended between treatments which is how I know it is working!). I went from taking ~1600mg of ibuprofen/day to none. In addition to treating my headaches, she is also able to treat acute conditions.
