“When we go out of town and are unable to take our dog with us, Best Friends Fur Ever is our go to dog boarding place. We love Best Friends Fur Ever because of it being easy to make an appointment. Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.“

“We woke up at 9 this Sunday morning to find our Jardine parrot Jordan had managed to chew open a steel toy chain ring, and it was stuck on his lower beak. The closest emergency vet to us is Annapolis, but they told us they don't treat parrots and told us to call Falls Road. Dorothy answered and told us to bring him right in. It was a 45 minute drive, hoping and praying they'd be able to remove the chain but expecting they'd need to anesthetize him. Dorothy took him straight back when we arrived and we anxiously sat in the waiting room. Not five minutes later, Dr Bloom came out with a chain-free Jordan perched on her hand! They were able to cut it off without putting him under. When we got him home, he ate, drank, and then climbed to his sleeping perch for a well-deserved nap. We are so relieved and grateful.“

“I've gone here 20 years now and won't go anywhere else. I've boarded there and always been happy. The vets are top notch with Dr Fioramonti explains the issues and will listen to what you have to say and for my specialty cats like the diabetics Dr Sand will go through complex issues. Now the one comment I hear from others is the building is old and the offices and waiting area is dated and looks old. But I don't go there for the ambiance and if the wait time can sometimes be a little long it's because they are taking time and not rushing people in and out“
