I've reached out to MCAH a few times over the past week with questions/concerns, and each and every time, I've received a call back within a couple hours. This last time I called, the doctor happened to be available and spoke to me right then. Furthermore, I've always been able to get a quick appointment. It may not always be with the same doctor, but being able to get my fur baby seen sooner rather than later is a blessing. “I’ve been taking my dog to the wrong groomer for 4 years…. And sadly didn’t discover Erin until 2 weeks before we moved out of state! It’s the best haircut my golden doodle has ever had and for once he was not nervous or anxious leaving there like he always has been with previous groomers. Erin was so sweet and said she would “listen” to my dog when he would “tell her he didn’t like something” and talk to him in a calming voice until he’d calm down. Whereas previous groomers would just want to medicate him. She’s wonderful with dogs and gives a GREAT haircut. Absolutely recommend!!! Soooo bummed we won’t be able to go to her anymore due to moving.“

Her love for animals truly shines bright. And because of her compassion and understanding and willingness to allow me to do my part, Bane was able to make a full recovery for the most part. He will have scars but they do not stop him from running around the yard barking, snuggling with his family.“

“This place is great! I have a diabetic cat who needed to be boarded requiring 2 shots of insulin a day. Not only was he so happy and healthy coming back, Dr. Sand was one of the most knowledgeable vets on feline diabetes. He provided me with a plethora of knowledge on the condition, best diets and how to maintain and recommended insulin treatments I didn't even know existed. He will be my primary for my 11 yr old boy now. I even think they brushed him everyday too, because he came back so soft.“
