Dave coordinated every step of the project from the signing of the contract until its completion. I now see Dave’s model as a benefit for its transparent pricing and the better contact I had with the subcontractors.Throughout the project communication with Dave was outstanding. He responded very quickly to texts or emails. He checked on the job most every day and I often spoke with him then, too. Both Dave and his crew were friendly, polite and easy to communicate with.
