“NLT (Dave and his guys) just finished rebuilding our patio and deck, now with a super cool metal roof, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the end result exactly what we wanted and built well, but the process was so much less stressful than it's been with other contractors we've worked with. Dave was on-site every afternoon. If we had a question or concern it would be resolved well within 24 hrs. If we made a decision requiring more materials, they'd be ordered while I was standing there next to him. There was never any mystery about how the project was going. And, everything was done within Dave's estimated time frame and under budget.<br><br>Also, not only were Dave and his guys (Rodolfo and Justin were fantastic) great, but all the subcontractors were wonderful to work with as well. “We worked with Reico, at the suggestion of our general contractor, on a complete kitchen renovation. Our experience was positive and the kitchen came out great. I would work with Reico again. The best part was the good communication. It was easy to contact Bryon and he is detail-oriented and patient. He was helpful with layout of the kitchen. We have a small space in a historic house. He didn’t mind editing when we needed to make small changes and was helpful for bouncing ideas off of. We also got our marble countertops through Reico, which was also easy!“

We accidentally had a chip/crack in a new tub that was causing a leak through our ceiling.After submitting an inquiry over their website, a representative contacted me and carefully explained the product and process. Once we were confident that TubCoaters could fix the crack with a patch and reglaze, we were able to schedule the service within a few days.All of the work was complete in one day. They carefully prepared to protect all surfaces in my bathroom. They used a heavy fan to help with any odors while working. “I had Taylor Made do a major kitchen renovation, including building a custom fireplace in the dining room and replacing the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, hallways and laundry room. It was the largest update I’ve ever had done in my home. Of course, I had some concerns - would I be able to work from home as usual during the reno? Would I be comfortable with contractors working in my home for an extended time period? But my worries disappeared after the first day. I was able to work from home and Steve and Doug were so polite and personable, they became like friends.<br><br>Both have an exceptional work ethic and always arrived each morning promptly at 7:30 AM. They were focused on the tasks at hand and when a few issues happened, they quickly communicated them to me and kept me informed until the issues were resolved. When the workday was over, they always cleaned up before leaving. They both have years of home renovation experience and are talented at what they do.<br><br>Kevin showed up at least twice a week to monitor the progress. During a discussion on the custom fireplace, Kevin suggested dark wood trim on each side and combined with my idea of floor to ceiling stone veneer, the end result exceeded my expectations. Also, when a big box store didn’t deliver the stone veneer, Kevin drove to the store to pick it up. He also suggested adding crown molding and casing the entry ways to the kitchen and laundry room which created a more finished look.
