Destiny helped make appointments for them all, making sure to call my mom as soon as an opening arised. The staff here listen and truly care for their clients, parents (caregivers) and children.“

“Dr. Jordan and staff are top notch. From the warm welcome with smiles at the front desk to the seamless process to get me checked in. The waiting room is cozy and put me at ease immediately. The hygienist was professional and gentle. She provided me with a few dental health tips to use at home which I appreciated. Dr. Jordan is awesome as always. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so that you can understand the issues and the plan forward…tossing a little fantasy football talk is always refreshing :) I would recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone looking for a class act, diligent, and compassionate dentist. It’s good to be back.

“I was in need of an emergency visit for my tooth and could not find any appointments until Wednesday or Thursday. I was able to book at Hamilton family dentistry over the weekend to be seen on Monday. When I got there the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The place is so clean and nicely laid out. The dental assistant was so pleasant and understanding to my pain! The dentist was able to help me with my immediate pain as well as options for a treatment plan. The dentist also wanted to ensure I did not have outrageous out of pocket costs. Overall wonderful experience! Happy I chose this place and it’s 6 minutes away from where I live.“

“My husband and I went there for our cleaning yesterday with a little anxiety since our last couple of dentists were more about pushing expensive dentistry on you than really caring about the teeth you have but this visit took us both by surprise, the office is very comfy with this huge tv that shows under the sea videos that is very relaxing, when it was time for my cleaning I was still anxious but my hygienist was very kind and I never felt any pain while cleaning my teeth and afterwards the dentist came in, I saw very handsome Irishman (I’m Irish so that was perfect) that explained to me about my crown that was put in wrong by the last guy that is cemented in tight and will get fixed when needed, he didn’t want to do anything that didn’t need real work yet instead a let’s wait and see and that sold me that these dentists aren’t here to get rich instead do what is best for us not them. Thank you to my new dentist(I’ll learn your name I promise) for your kindness and showing me that not all dentists are selfish instead truly care about you.“

“Was just there for my 6 month visit today. I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10, maybe 11-12 years. They’ve been wonderful the entire time. The front desk person Shannon is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, and knows people by name. And she’s busy! The hygienists are so personable, knowledgeable and are diplomatic if they feel your teeth could use more love than you’re giving them. They are great with answering questions and they even remember personal life details that you’ve shared previously to ask about at each visit. Dr. Lookingbill (Dr. Jon as he’s called) - can’t say enough great things. He always make me feel like my teeth are perfect (I don’t think they are, but who doesn’t love hearing it!), is also great and parient with my questions, and is great at what he does. I hardly ever have to wait to be called back once I arrive, they’ve seen me through several insurance changes, they have hilarious dog and cat videos playing while you get your teeth cleaned, I could go on. I feel like part of the family and I hope I never have to change dentists!“
