Destiny helped make appointments for them all, making sure to call my mom as soon as an opening arised. The staff here listen and truly care for their clients, parents (caregivers) and children.“

“Dr. Jordan and staff are top notch. From the warm welcome with smiles at the front desk to the seamless process to get me checked in. The waiting room is cozy and put me at ease immediately. The hygienist was professional and gentle. She provided me with a few dental health tips to use at home which I appreciated. Dr. Jordan is awesome as always. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so that you can understand the issues and the plan forward…tossing a little fantasy football talk is always refreshing :) I would recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone looking for a class act, diligent, and compassionate dentist. It’s good to be back.

“I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Towson Smile Care over the past 10 years deserves recognition. As someone with a history of genetic gum disease and dental challenges from a car accident, finding a trustworthy dentist has been crucial. From my first visit, when I needed an emergency root canal, to multiple procedures over the years, the care has been consistently excellent. Even when my primary dentist, Dr. Friedman, wasn't available, the team always ensured I was seen promptly. One standout experience was with my full frontal bridge, which ultimately required implants. Dr. Friedman worked closely with my periodontist to restore my smile and ensure my bite was safe for my fragile bone structure--a result praised by my periodontist. Recently, I cracked a tooth before a vacation and was in severe pain. Although Dr. Friedman wasn't available, TSC quickly arranged an appointment with Dr. Boulos. Rather than extraction, Dr. Friedman suggested a less invasive approach, and after three weeks, I'm pain-free without needing expensive implants. I highly recommend Towson Smile Care for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.“

Most of which are questions already answered on the online paperwork. “Just switched to Dental Design after spending the last two years since moving driving an hour to my old dentist, and I could not be more happy I did!! EVERYBODY and I truly mean every single person I have encountered in the office has been so incredibly friendly and inviting. At my first appointment, the dental assistant helping me took the time to show me around the office and practically introduced me to most people we walked by. They really took the time doing a thorough work up of my teeth and getting me set on a good schedule, addressing any areas of concern immediately. The dentist really took her time talking with me, answering any questions I had. The ladies at the front desk are just AMAZING and add the very welcoming environment that the waiting area is. “Was just there for my 6 month visit today. I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10, maybe 11-12 years. They’ve been wonderful the entire time. The front desk person Shannon is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, and knows people by name. And she’s busy! The hygienists are so personable, knowledgeable and are diplomatic if they feel your teeth could use more love than you’re giving them. They are great with answering questions and they even remember personal life details that you’ve shared previously to ask about at each visit. Dr. Lookingbill (Dr. Jon as he’s called) - can’t say enough great things. He always make me feel like my teeth are perfect (I don’t think they are, but who doesn’t love hearing it!), is also great and parient with my questions, and is great at what he does. I hardly ever have to wait to be called back once I arrive, they’ve seen me through several insurance changes, they have hilarious dog and cat videos playing while you get your teeth cleaned, I could go on. I feel like part of the family and I hope I never have to change dentists!“
