Had an appointment quickly. Asked specifics on the issue we were having with the a/c, thought they knew what it was, and made sure to load the parts they thought they'd need. Turns out they were correct and because they had everything, they were able to fix it all in one trip. They also gave the system a tune-up, and made sure there were no other obvious possible problems-to-be. Great service, and won't hesitate to call them for any future a/c or heating needs.
We have used Alpha three times including this service call. They have always been kind, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Mike, our service technician, was right on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem while keeping me informed every step of the way. He was kindness itself and truly listened to me about my concerns.
Their pricing is fair and reasonable and there are no hidden charges or upselling.
Will not only use Alpha in the future but have and will continue to recommend this excellent company to anyone and everyone.
