Comfort Systems, Inc. proved why they have a 5 star average on Google this week when my t-stat suddenly lost power and cut power to my AC unit. Both Clare and Shawn were very helpful on the phone to briefly troubleshoot and offer opinions. They were extremely busy but managed to fit me in for an after hours visit. I am happy to say the issue was fixed within minutes and my AC was back on! Thank you Comfort Systems Inc for your great customer service and quick repair!

I received my post-op physical therapy following a total knee replacement in October at this MedStar location. My therapist was Jakki Te. She saw me pre-op to do a baseline assessment and to explain what to expect following surgery. Then she was my therapist for all of my sessions after the surgery. She was wonderful, as were all of the staff at this location! She is extremely knowledgeable and very supportive. The sessions were intense--but that is what was needed following this kind of surgery and as a result, I achieved the goals that we established together. The support staff, including the reception desk staff, were also top-notch. The atmosphere here was informal and friendly, but professional as well. Everyone was focused on the clients and their specific needs, as well as their safety. Scheduling visits was easy--I never had any problem choosing days and times that worked for me. I would highly recommend this location.
We highly recommend Wes from LJ Butler Plumbing & Heating. We had what felt like an emergency situation with water leaking from our hot water tank. We reached out to LJ Butler and Wes was able to come out the same day and take care of our problem. He was able to diagnose everything right away, and while other companies may have tried to get us to replace the entire hot water heater, Wes recognized that all we needed was a new expansion tank. He had all the parts and supplies in his truck and was able to get everything fixed very quickly. He even helped clean up the water that had leaked out that night. Excellent Plumbing service and excellent customer service. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with him.
Serenity Nail Spa & Lounge is a welcoming atmosphere when you enter . You are welcomed with a wonderful receptionist and staff. My go to is dipping powder that last 2-3 weeks done by Calvin & Victor. When you get a pedicure done you get a complimentary drink free to enjoy. The staff does a wonderful job.

Carpet and vinyl plank flooring installed in 1 room and my basement at it took 1/2 a day. The crew cleaned up and moved furniture back! I am very satisfied with the work.

Anna is amazing, I showed her a design I wanted. I have struggled finding a nail salon and tech close to home. I am glad I found her. My first time trying 3D art and she did not disappoint. .( I didn’t ask for the French with the original design in pics attached but I know if I did she would have understood the assignment)***also this is a refill where she had to fix my nails* and she made them look beautiful ! Michealle is absolutely wonderful. She listens carefully and then responds in language comprehensible to patients who do not have a medical background. She truly cares about her patients. I'm sorry she's leaving this practice. I know she'll always put her patients first wherever she goes.
Needed a wig and they were so helpful. Must have tried on a dozen to find the one that was just right. The sales woman was so nice and fit us in despite not having an appointment.
My daughter and I got our hair cut and styled here and we couldn't be happier. Being able to make the appointment online was super helpful. Suzanne was our stylist and she was great. Very friendly and made my 12 year old feel really comfortable. Our hair cuts and styles were wonderful. We will definitely be back.
M & M replaced my water heater through my home warranty. Mo was professional, communicative, and meticulous. He answered my questions patiently, and it never felt like he was rushing to just get the job done. Rather, he wanted to do it right. My other water heater was extremely old and no longer viable, and I'm so grateful to Mo/M & M for installing a new one. James came to my house today to treat the stucco exterior, and it was a pleasure to meet him. I had my doubts about whether certain stains, etc., could or would be eliminated. And yet they were! Our white stucco house, which we've lived in for 25 years, still looked the same. Even our exterior windows were spotless, and the driveway looked fantastic. Janes was prompt, thorough, and really competent. It was an enjoyable and "money well spent" experience. You won't be let down, I promise.
Richard just completed work on our bathroom today. He's professional, prompt, and a conscientious worker. I have a family of 6 and everyone was funneling into our master bathroom. When I called and told him how badly I needed the bathroom finished after having mold remediation, he came in and took care of us. His labor is reasonable, he does good work, and his work ethic is old school (show up on time and work). You won't regret retaining his services.
Destiny at this location was so helpful, says my mom Erica. I have three siblings who currently go to this dentist and have differing schedules. As does my mom who has a busy schedule. Destiny helped make appointments for them all, making sure to call my mom as soon as an opening arised. The staff here listen and truly care for their clients, parents (caregivers) and children.

Abbey is the best Animal Hospital I have ever taken my pet to. Dr. Kuhlman is so thorough and kind. The ladies in the office are amazing. They even call the next to see how your pet is doing. I recommend them so highly.

Last week, WNC experienced a devastating hurricane - Helene - 2 days into no contact with the Outside world, an angel, Sylvia, came up the hill with a flip phone asking people if they needed to contact their loved ones. That was my first inkling that superior is indeed SUPERIOR! Not only was Sylvia able to put myself and my neighbors in contact with our loved ones in the outside world, but she also announced that her friends were coming to our rescue with a tree service from Maryland. This is no ordinary tree service. THIS is an entire restoration company!!!! This is a crew of people who care about communities who have been devastated by natural disaster. This is a crew of people who actually hand out Hugs to soothe you when you know that your home is in danger of being crushed by Very large trees. This is a crew of people who are genuine, care, and put themselves on the line every day for the greater Good of a devastated community. Superior design and restoration has been here for my community in every conceivable way. They have asked us every day if we need anything from the outside world. I just cannot speak enough good things about superior. The consummate professionalism is astounding. Not only do they remove the trees that are endangering my home, they cleaned up every leaf that was in sight, they were compassionate, they were professional, they were thorough, and they were so quick to have everything done the right way. I would not hesitate to call on superior for any of my needs. This Maryland based company was the first responder we needed here in Western North Carolina. Their prompt response to our emergency is unmatched. I cannot speak enough good things about all of the crew. All of the folks all of the people in this company the owner is a compassionate man, their foreman are compassionate men. Their spokesperson Sylvia is an angel who arrived in my neighborhood on the heels of the wind of Helene. When these people said we had nothing to worry about, they meant it. I would give this 100 stars just for showing up and being humane to my neighbors and myself. Thank you seems a wholly inadequate phrase, yet all I can express is my gratitude to this amazing company. If there is a natural disaster in your area, and you see superior design, and restoration in your neighborhood, reach out to them. They are the real deal. There is no price gouging, there is no secret or hidden costs, there is just the desire to help a devastated community. We should all take a page out of the book of superior design design and restoration. They are really amazing humans being helpful and compassionate and professional! There is a special place in heaven for these people!
All front desk and medical staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. My care was thorough. I had the opportunity to ask questions and express my concerns. My provider was attentive and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this Urgent Care center!

I had a brake in my main water line. I called Wes and he responded immediately. We set up a time & day to install a new water line and within 48 hours he had installed a new copper line from my house to the county meter as well as all new interior fittings including a new dual check valve. Wes and his helper busted their butts and completed the job in 6 hours, including replacing the concrete at the meter. Fantastic job - yes they are highly recommended.
