“A great place to practice many types and levels of yoga. The instructors are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Trying something new can be scary but I've never felt out of place, unwelcome or uncomfortable. They have 2 great locations and classes throughout the day so it's easy to find something that will work in your schedule. They also have a great new student deal.If you're new to yoga or a long time yogi you should absolutely give it a try!“
“Love this studio! I have taken different levels and types of classes and they have all been great. The instructors are very well trained and will answer any question you have. Kim the owner and her partner Steve are wonderful people and put on a lovely couples class!“
“Evolutions is a wonderful fitness center. Staff are very helpful and I love that you can take classes remotely. Joan K has excellent fitness classes and Tina’s yoga classes are great, too!, especially Yin yoga.“
“I had an incredible massage experience here with Tammy. It was my first ever massage, and I was nervous (and, frankly, riddled with body insecurity as a plus-size person). Not once did Tammy make me feel ashamed or embarrassed, and in fact took extra time and care to explain the process and check in with me throughout. She used a number of different techniques that were particular to my aches and injuries. And she was both proactive and responsive to any pain or discomfort I was experiencing. Her welcoming demeanor made the whole massage experience all the more soothing, too.The room was inviting, tidy, and warmly atmospheric. I appreciated & enjoyed everything about my experience with Tammy and I can't wait to book with her again. Thanks Tammy & Ridgely Retreat!“
“I’ve been going to Simply Stronger since 2006, usually twice a week, for strength and balance training. Despite pre-existing deficits (cracked disk, aFib, chronic pneumonia) Debi McKibbin’s persistent and knwledgeable exercises and coaching has kept me relatively healthy and vertical thru my 81st .“
“I came to Yoga Factory in great pain, I was a newbie and quite nervous! The instructors are all welcoming, take time to make sure you know form and explain the benefits of each posture. Since I started in October, I’ve lost 46 pounds. I’ve felt welcomed, encouraged, and look forward to each class! I highly recommend Yoga Factory ❤️“
“I got a Brazilian with Christina and I rarely leave reviews but when I find someone as great as her it'd be a crime not to! It's been awhile since I got a brazilian since I jst moved to Maryland a year ago and the experience with the first person out her I went to was not pleasant. but Christina was sooo awesome! I was so comfortable and the waxing was surprisingly MUCH LESS PAINFUL!! She is a god send! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!“
“A wonderful studio!! It feels like a warm hug when you walk inside. Kathleen is an excellent instructor!“
“Visiting this part of Maryland. I took Kat's Bikram 75 class. It was well-taught and a great workout. The studio is very nice. The yoga room is large. When travelling, I am never sure if a hot room is actually going to be hot. Sometimes classes are advertised as heated but they are barely lukewarm. I was very pleased to find that the Yoga Factory was truly hot and humidified. Will definitely return. I did not have time to take a Vinyasa class here but I would have liked to.“
“Depends on the location u visit<br>My home club in severn is great but some other locations i have visited have crappy and outdated equipment..“
“My trainer John is the best. The only problem is the female locker room. Some women harass other women and find ways to get in conversation.“
