Carolyn is Great!!! I have seen her multiple times and never had a bad experience! She is super friendly and down to earth!
Wait times are normally great. They told me 30 to 45 minutes and to my surprise I was in a room probably within 15.
The only reason I took off one star is because the front desk people are hit or miss. I get everybody has a bad day and doesn’t wanna be at work sometimes.
Oh, and I was in a peds room this time. You may want to put some money into new wall decals ? simple but says alot

My PCP is a military doc in Elkridge and is hard to get into. Anytime I need care I go to Wisecare. They are always very friendly and right to the point. NP Bowering is the sweetest doctor I’ve ever encountered. I will continue to utilize this urgent care.

I have a pcp but occasionally I need immediate attention. In those cases I will go to Wise Care every time. They are super friendly and very responsive. My wait times have been mere minutes. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and keeps you supplied with answers to your questions after he gives you an explanation of your condition. My own doctor doesn’t follow up with a call the next day. Wise Care truly cares and takes your health seriously. The whole staff appreciates the patients.
