“1st Choice has been out to my house several times and I only have the highest regard for Jason and his guys. The first time was when I had to have my new 450' water line hooked up to my house and they were on the job immediately. Last week they were here for what seemed to be a clogged toilet line but by the time they got here (I said no rush - I have another toilet) it was flowly freely again. Over the weekend it turned into a crisis because it wasn't a clogged toilet line, it was a break in my sewer line from my house to the grinder pump. Jason put me at the top of his list and was here for 2.5 hours yesterday using his snake and camera to determine the exact problem and point of the break. Today the crew was back at 8:00 with a backhoe to dig up the line, replace it and put my yard back to pre-work conditions. The gentleman arrived and and said he can't camera with water in the line in which I was never told this and had no clue. Had my workers there and said OK give me 5 min to dig hole and let water out he left called him and he said I couldn't wait and I cant come back for a couple months I need my job done this week I cannot wait a couple months and was told o' well good luck try to reach out and find another company by the office after I paid $175.00 and was told no refund“
