We have been using Priority for several years. For this visit, we called when we noticed our kitchen disposal was leaking. Tim and Darren were able to come out the next day and were on time and professional. While here, they were able to accommodate another repair, which I hadn’t mentioned when scheduling the appointment.
Tim's (Priority Plumbing & Drain) professionalism, courtesy, and pleasant personality definitely stood out during the visit. He was able to locate and repair a plumbing issue that was missed by a previous service provider. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and will utilize Priority Plumbing & Drain for my future needs.
The team with priority plumbing was amazing! I called late at night when a light fixture the level below a toilet began leaking. Their on-call plumber was at another location but assured me that the leaking would resolve once the toilet drained and it could be looked at in the morning, which they were correct. Tim showed up promptly in the morning, assessed the situation and all the plumbing throughout the house in case there was anything else that needed to be addressed. Tim was able to clear my main sewage line blockage and repair where the leak was stemming from. Tim and Nick left the house clean.
