This place is awesome!! I put a deposit down on flooring in December 2023. Due to several other projects going on, I was not able to set up installation until March 2024. They were very patient with me. Installation was scheduled for 2 days, only took 1 day! Looks fantastic! Avoid the big box stores, go local. Glad I did!!

My wife and I went here as a reference from a friend because we had such a bad experience at Next Day Flooring. Everyone here is amazingly friendly and nice. They are super knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions. You can take home samples to check against the rest of the interior of your home to ensure it matches. And the best part? All their prices are listed and extremely reasonable. Next day floors kept giving us the run around on the price of an item we wanted. No problems with Pasadena Floor. Fantastic place.

I have purchased hardwood floors and carpet here multiple times. They sell quality products at reasonable prices. Installation always includes moving furniture and stuff in the rooms they are working in. Exception is delicate items. Jim is very knowledgeable and provides great service. As long as I'm in this area, this is my sole flooring company.
