When Dr Parmer left I was assigned to Dr Rahman. The first thing she addressed was my weight. If she had bothered to check my chart she would have seen that over the past year I had lost almost 60 lbs (on top of rehabbing from ACL surgery). To put it bluntly, she’s lacks any social skill necessary to be a primary care doctor. On top of that she ignored my requests via MyChart to refill my migraine medicine. Finally, after waiting weeks (and suffering through a raging migraine), and a call to the office (which never got returned), she called it in. Luminis, you made a mistake with this one. Replace her. She is why patients are leaving.

We use to love this place. Letting doctor Parmer leave was a huge mistake. Hiring her replacement was a bigger one. No bedside manner at all first time seeing her and she says I need to lose weight. Well if she had checked my chart it she would have seen that I just lost 100lbs. I won't be back.

I went here because I have a sinus infection. Ive had one for about a month. I saw Dr Rahman. She was very unagreeable. She did not listen to my needs, and she did not help me get an antibiotic. I explained to her I am very anti- antibiotics But I think that I need one. She told me I need to go see a lung specialist, and wrote me a prescription for a nasal spray, and a cough suppressant. Her manager Latia was super unagreeable as well and did not help the situation at all. Do not go here if you are a white man, they will discriminate against you and not even listen to your needs.
