Don is AMAZING! We had changed our front door lock before we went on vacation. Not realizing that our garage door to the house had the same key. We went on vacation and came home to a locked glass door which we didn’t have a key for and a locked garage door that we no longer had a key for. I called LockTech and Don answered right away! Said he had just finished another job and he could be to our address in 20 minutes or less. He showed up really fast, assessed the situation and had us in the garage door in less than 10 minutes. Don was a life saver. This was my first experience with a lock smith since the batteries in my keyless lock died on me. He was on another job but took my call and had me text him the address and he would get back to me as soon as possible. True to his word he called about ten minutes later and gave me an ETA. He was polite, punctual, and overall a fantastic guy. He gave me some sound advice so I don't find myself in this predicament again,and he was able to made me an additional key onsite which was so convenient. In my opinion he is reasonably priced as well.While I hope to never have to see him again lol. I will definitely recommend him to others in the future.
