Have been taking my 16 year old medium Doberman Reese there since they opened and the are top class! Reese is the name of the owner (same as my dogs name ?) and this is the only place I will take him for grooming and nails. He always leaves so clean and happy! Best of the best 10/10. Oh and every time we pick up the little man, he always has a trending bandana for the season ❤️

They did good work. However, I was told they are only servicing customers that came every 4 to 6 weeks through covid. Since I did not do this, they can not see my girl Sheba :-( I reached out on fb and got 4 new companies si I am happy.

I used Carrie’s services from the time she opened up for several years. It seems the more customer base she gained the customer service at Carrie’s declined; as if she and her staff couldn't keep up with the number of customers.My dogs were groomed adequately despite the high rates so that was never an issue. On three occasions I was booked and when I arrived was told, sorry there must have been a mistake. Ok, but then I had to wait another “several” weeks. Why? A professional owner would make an effort to book you as soon as possible considering the circumstances.
