Greater Baltimore Dental, Dr. Jon Lookingbill, DDS

Was just there for my 6 month visit today. I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10, maybe 11-12 years. They’ve been wonderful the entire time. The front desk person Shannon is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, and knows people by name. And she’s busy! The hygienists are so personable, knowledgeable and are diplomatic if they feel your teeth could use more love than you’re giving them. They are great with answering questions and they even remember personal life details that you’ve shared previously to ask about at each visit. Dr. Lookingbill and his staff are absolutely amazing! Shannon and Gina are next level helpful. I have an intense fear of the dentist and am undergoing multiple treatments & procedures to regain my smile. They've been so wonderful and understanding. I wish I could give 10 stars because their chair side manner has truly, truly helped with a crippling fear. I don't feel judged or looked down on and that really means a lot. He's knowledgeable and kind. I just can't express how happy I am to have found this practice!!

Dr. Lookingbill is a very caring person. He listens to what you have to say and his responses are reassuring and kind. He explains what he is doing and why. I highly recommend him and his practice.
