I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses on November 14, 2022 There has been a note on the door stating office closed due to illness for at least the last 3 weeks. I have called but there is no answering machine on to leave a message. Kevin I am disappointed with your business practice. There should be somebody available to address your customer's needs.?

Employee Kevin is very polite on the phone However, I've went there twice this past week 30 minutes to an hour prior to the time they are supposed to close & even confirmed the closing times with him prior to coming. Both times I pulled up they were closed. I am very disappointed as I just needed to fill a prescription for my glasses.

I have been to this location on three occasions. My first experience with the ophthalmologist wasn't so great. He was rude and unappreciative. The staff however are the total opposite. My second visit was awesome! I saw a female ophthalmologist and she was very courteous, accommodating and communicated with me the entire time, explaining what she's going to do and why I have problems with my lenses prior to my visit. This is my 3rd year and she wasn't there, but Mr arrogant was. So rude, never even introduced himself. Talking to me and my child as if we were both children. Rushing the procedure and at the end when we were leaving, he was walking ahead of us and I said to him, "By the way...what is your name?" He barely answered me. He never even stopped to face me to answer my question. He kept on walking. I promise you, I still don't know what his name is. The staff though Mr K and his son are so professional, and they are the reason why I went back for the 3rd year. P.S. the 5 stars are for Mr K. and his son, Not for Mr Arrogant Ophthalmologist!
