“Was just there for my 6 month visit today. I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10, maybe 11-12 years. They’ve been wonderful the entire time. The front desk person Shannon is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, and knows people by name. And she’s busy! The hygienists are so personable, knowledgeable and are diplomatic if they feel your teeth could use more love than you’re giving them. They are great with answering questions and they even remember personal life details that you’ve shared previously to ask about at each visit. Dr. Lookingbill (Dr. Jon as he’s called) - can’t say enough great things. He always make me feel like my teeth are perfect (I don’t think they are, but who doesn’t love hearing it!), is also great and parient with my questions, and is great at what he does. I hardly ever have to wait to be called back once I arrive, they’ve seen me through several insurance changes, they have hilarious dog and cat videos playing while you get your teeth cleaned, I could go on. I feel like part of the family and I hope I never have to change dentists!“

“I just wanted to take a minute and say Dr. Gregory Puccio and Dr. Stephen Varipatis as well as the entire staff are just awesome. I recently had to have several dental procedures performed and could not have had better results. I unfortunately fractured my upper center #8 Tooth and had to have it extracted and was able to leave that day with a 1 tooth " Flipper" or 1 tooth denture that fits like a glove. My fear was having to face my friends, family or anyone missing my front top center tooth. Yes if I were a Hockey player or a boxer or even a bikerI may had looked cool. But I'm just a regular old dude that is able to still smile and not be embarrassed with a missing tooth that would stand out no doubt lol. I will have that tooth replaced with a more permanent Maryland Bridge in a few months after my gum has time to heal a little more. I want to thank everyone at this wonderful Dentist office that is VERY Clean and bright and just a Very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend anyone looking for a New Dentist office in the Parkville Maryland area to call this office and make a appointment ASAP. Very convenient location on Harford Road just south of Putty Hill Ave and adjacent to 695. I use to travel to East Point Maryland to my former dentist office for many years 30+ and he retired. It took me many years to find a new dentist office that remotely compared to my former dentist and I finally found that dentist office. Dr. Gregory Puccio and Dr. Stephen Varipatis both are very professional and explain everything to the detail before any procedures are performed. They are also both very friendly and make you feel like a friend and not like a patient like most dentist or doctors do. I also have to say the receptionist are super friendly and very professional as well. They make sure appointments are set ASAP and always send multiple text message reminders and to confirm you will be coming to a appointment when on schedule. Oh I cannot forget about the dental hygienist and dental assistants that also did a great job helping me during all of my procedures I have had over the past few months.Keep Up the Great work guys and gals.
