I don't really use dry cleaning services. But I had noticed this little cleaners tucked in a little corner on the side of the road. So when my nephew said he needed some items cleaned I knew exactly where I would go. I took his items and a couple of alteration items in on a Friday afternoon and they said they would be ready on Tuesday. I ended up getting them a few days later than Tuesday just due to schedules. Dry cleaning was very reasonable and alterations were a little higher than expected but I'd been sitting on those items for over a year and got them on clearance anyway. So I didn't mind to support a small business. The lady that does the customer service was nice. My only issue was communicating exactly what I wanted with my alterations. But we eventually got there. When she didn't feel confident she could do the job justice she simply didn't do the job at all. This to me is better than messing up my garment. After looking at the original stitching and the type of fabric, I see why she didn't want to take it all apart and try to alter it completely.

I went there to get 5 different item tailored . From business pants to dresses to shirts . All my items were perfectly fitted after . The ladies were very professional and nice . They are a little pricer then my old dry cleaners but it is worth it . They are my new "go-to" dry cleaners and I will be back .

Athens Cleaner understands what customer services is all about. I had an event to go to that evening and needed a pair of pants hemmed. I called them at 12:20 and asked if they could hem my pants the same day and before the 6pm event. I was told yes and in addition hemmed 2 more pants. I had my pants done by 4:45pm in time for my 6pm event. Great service and great people!
