I would not recommend Zen nails, primarily because of poor cleanliness, technician skill and lackluster customer service.
When I arrived, I asked the price for a dip manicure and was told $50. Then the receptionist asked if I wanted dip nail service or a manicure so I told him dip nail service. This was my first warning sign. At other naim salons, the dip nail service includes pushing back and cutting my cuticles, lotion and a quick hand massage. This service did not include any of those items.

Nancy is phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed. I went to see her to get my nails done and when I say I still have polish on my nails even though they’ve grown. I love Zen Nails so much.

When this place first opened in 2015 or 2016, I went a few times before relocating. I LOVED IT! I'm in town for a few months. After read8ng the reviews,I broke down and started going back, so far 2 visits. I ABSOLUTELY HATE that I'm not listened to and acknowledged; "you worry", "I do 2 coats for you" (of top coat) NO, NANCY! I asked you to apply a little glue so my nail could grow out and not break in the skin. So what happened? The crack opened and kept catching my hair, the dog's hair, my sweaters. I LOVE The DND polish and the colors. I no longer worry about my thumbs peeling up, but now 2 nail techs have been reluctant with Nancy,... read full review
