The only reason why I'm giving them one is because the older lady who sits at the back is nice. Other than that I would NOT RECOMMEND! We only came here because we were pressed for time but I do regret it and wish I would have went elsewhere. I won't be returning. The design is not what I asked for but because it took so long I just said forget it I'll get it fixed somewhere else.

I was referred to Nails First by a friend after being a customer at Rose Nails in VA. I knew that it would be challenging to find a spot with 5 star rating as Rose Nails was. Jennifer is the tech that did my mani/pedi. I was quit pleased with her service. They don't offer the drinks with service but that's fine. I'm a big fan of pedicures. Hopefully, my pedicure with improve more and more with each service. Please go visit Nails First and ask for Jennifer

I do not and would not recommend this location. I went in for a simple fill in and french tip, and it seemed like I was getting pranked. The person who attempted to do my set, was young and probably wasn’t licensed. She did not touch my cuticles, the shape was awful. She knew she didn’t know how to do what I asked before I asked. She really played with my fingers. It looks like press on nails. It looks like I attempted to do them myself with my left hand knowing I’m right handed.
Tried charging me $65, and it was no way I was paying that price whatsoever. The manager didn’t care. She did take the set off for me and gave me a solid color. No apology, no discount...read full review
