“This place is a total hidden gem. Behind the unassuming storefront, the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and super capable. I have always experienced the prices to be extremely fair and a good value. I've personally used them to transfer my files from my PC laptop to my mac when I made the switch to mac. It's so much less stressful than visiting the apple store. And while this store isn't as big or "cool" as the sadly-now-closed-but-widely-beloved-and-legendary TekServe in NYC, it has that same "just come in and you can talk to us and we'll just help you" vibe. AND it's right here in Arlington :) I can just walk over, which is amazing. Also, my mom has bought all of her computers from them for decades, as well as for service and repair, and she's only had positive experiences. Once someone even walked over to our house during an ice storm to work on her computer so she didn't have to bring it over. I'm so glad this place is in the neighborhood!“

“Since TTR serviced the office building where I rented an office space, I had to use them for IT services. During my first few months in the building, I had several problems with everything from internet access to email account management to major security/privacy concerns. TTR have always been there for us when we've needed them the most. They respond quickly to our calls and fix our problems, even if it means coming out the same day in an emergency. I would strongly advise someone in need of a new cloud backup or IT services to contact TTR Technology.“
