I haven't had any issues with this store, Eastover isn't a good place to shop a a whole, but I like this beauty store one of the best in this area. The only thing that bothers me is that watch us all a if we are criminals.

Very helpful customer service. The store clerk answered my questions about wigs and detanglers. The cashier was patient. I had to go back and get an item. She continued my sale as well as helping others.There was an individual that was being disruptive in the store and it was handled with care and concern.

Went in to exchange a product my daughter purchased here three mins before I walked in the store. I was in the car when she went in previously. Encountered an Asian man up front by register. Asked him because he was standing there, where to find the product I wanted and he was RUDE and dismissive. Said no refund… But, I didn’t ask for a refund. Nor was I rude. I can READ the receipt that says store credit within 7 days. Asked again where I could find what I needed (tried to explain the product). He said “after store credit they show you” and waved me off.
