If I could put no stars I would. I literally downloaded an app just to write a review. This has been the worst tow experience ever. The manager lied and said they had a negative phone encounter with me and they are refusing to tow my car. Firstly I never had any negative phone conversation so that was a lie. This company is so horrible and I have been sitting all day waiting on a tow that will never happen and wasn’t informed until 5 PM! That is ridiculous. Horrible horrible company. I am so glad AAA is still around. This company has horrible customer service and they are liars.
I was involved in a vehicle accident that claimed my truck. Always Towing Service effectively removed my damaged vehicles and assisted in helping me contact the necessary parties to deal with the accident. You have my heartfelt thanks.
An absolute pitiful company. They gave me a 2 hour window through my AT&T roadside. I called them directly at the 2 hour mark and they told me another 30 minutes. It's now 110 minutes later and they won't answer the phone. Pathetic!
