Our water heater wasn't working one day when we tried to take showers. All cold water in the dead of winter and after one of the biggest snow storms in a while. Water was freezing. We couldn't get anyone out the same day but the next day we had an appointment for another plumbing and heating company (not to be named) and they came out looked around, checked the fuses in the panel and couldn't find anything wrong. After a while he determined the water heater was broken and we needed a new one. $5000 charge smh, mind you this house was built 5 years ago. Any who we called for a second opinion and over the phone James Severn trouble shooted with us and found out the breaker in the garage had blown and needed to be reset. The button was press and the heater came on immediately! God bless you James! In a difficult time you saved us $5000+ dollars! Thank you so much!
