Took my dog here for the first time yesterday and fell in love! My dog has never liked the vet and tends to get a little aggressive. The way the doctor handled him yesterday instead of allowing him to handle her like the other vets I've been too helped solidify my decision to make this my new vet! And the prices are reasonable unlike Banfield who want an arm and a leg for the exam then try to give you every other service besides what you came for!
Started taking Bella to Valley in January 2021. The vets and the staff have always been patient with my pup and me. I would still be going there if I had not relocated to another part of the country. I was apprehensive about traveling by car for 600 miles, pets in restaurants, and hotel stays, but I was given very helpful advice. The whole trip was uneventful. The vets made sure Bella was given the proper vaccines for the mountain region and to be careful of that doggy flu that was widespread out here. What was really special is that they called more than once when we were getting ready to travel and to see how things were going along the way. How awesome is that?
Most compassionate loving people I have ever dealt with. i wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. They always make time answer any thing I ask and are truthfull with their answers. I trust them and that is important to me. Love you both Dr. Scherr and Dr. Morgan!
