On April 13, I arrived early for a 60-minute full facial make up appt.Although I am a regular customer, this was a first experience with make up service. I noticed how the work stations were sanitized after each use. The store manager greeted and timely checked me in. The manager was also gracious and customer-focused! Angel was my artist assigned to glamorize me for a Gala I was attending that evening. Angel was very professional, thorough in explaining the process of color and product selections and application of each product. No pushy sales. Angel at Sephora in Owings Mills exemplifies personal customer service at its finest! She was patient and went the extra mill to help me! We definitely ask for her the next time I visit!
This Sephora experience was great, I will drive pass the Towson location to come here! Customer service was great. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The store was very clean, and organized. Best experience!
