The staff member's are very welcoming and assist with all my new pets some Ghost Shrimp and two Gold fish with black stripes patterns on their backs. My aquarium has live plants called java fern. I have them in my 10-gallon cube aquarium. I feel calm and relaxed at home looking at my fish in my aquarium. ?️ Peace and Blessings ??

I had been told not to take my puppy to get groomed at Petsmart but she was long overdue so I took a chance and went to the Owings Mills location. The groomer was Morgan and she did an excellent job of grooming my baby! Someone even said “that doesn’t look like the work of Petsmart!” Morgan was very kind when we met and I’ll definitely be going back to her!

I needed my cats nails cut asap. Catonsville location allowed me to come in the same day. When i called Owings mills location, no one from grooming ever answered the phone. When someone else answered from another dept, i was told to put my name on a list and Miles would call me back. I've put my name on the list before and no one called me back. I've gone to Owings mills location several times asking about getting my cats nails cut and no one is ever available. Catonsville location was very friendly and made time to fit me in for something that would only take 5 minutes.
