I took in a stray cat and came here for his 2nd shot and follow up and I’m so glad I did. From scheduling the appointment to paying, they were so nice and accommodating. There was no wait. Sarah was so soooo thorough and knowledgeable! Dr Fierstein is exceptional and so gentle. They both helped to make the experience for Tux trauma free. I knew absolutely nothing about cats, and left there feeling so much more knowledgeable on how to care for my little guy. Thank you all for what you do!
I have been a customer here in the past but it was during Covid so I was never able to meet staff. I had to bring my sick kitty here and both Katie (the receptionist) and Kayla, the tech are two of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met in the "veterinary care" world. Kayla made me feel like the BEST pet mom in the world. Kudos to you all for continuing to make your customers feel like family.

I followed Dr. Paynter from Old Court where my Stretch first needed him. He really helped my family a few years later as well when my Stretchy crossed the rainbow bridge. He helped us through Bella's grief and Leo's subsequent addition. And I could not ask for a better staff of people. Their patience and sincere concern are unmatched. Others I know share the same experience.
This is a beautiful safe space for furries and their pawrents.
