Dr. Rick Paynter has been a true blessing to our family. My wife and I have two one-year-old female kittens — a Ragdoll (mink) and a domestic shorthair — and our experience with him and his team has been outstanding.

At our first visit, we brought in our Ragdoll who was a little underweight. Dr. Paynter took the time to thoroughly assess her, explain everything clearly, and provide us with a thoughtful plan of care. Thanks to his guidance, she is now at a healthy weight and thriving. She is comfortable with Dr. Paynter and his assistants, who handle her with such care and gentleness. We’ll be bringing her back soon for her annual visit with complete confidence.

The vets in this group are incredibly kind and caring. They have been accommodating when urgent needs have arisen for my dog. They are definitely not the closest vet to my home, but I will drive the extra distance for the wonderful care my dog receives!!!

The Vet assistant was very gentle with my puppy. It was his first visit. They honored their first patient free visit discount. Dr. Franklin was very kind and thorough. They were attentive and addressed all of my concerns. The Doctor even provided me with a thorough breakdown of their neutering services. I really liked the private rooms. Although it was the vet, it didn't smell like a place for pets. :-)
